Policies and Procedures
-
Classes are taught by fully qualified instructors and each class is 55 minutes long. This allows time for you to enjoy a focused and effective session with time for questions and equipment cleaning at the end of class.
Please arrive in good time for your class so that you can settle in and be ready to start promptly.
If you arrive late for your Pilates class or session, the class or session will still finish at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the session to make up for time missed.
We encourage you to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time so that you have time to settle in and prepare for your session.
-
Our class levels are designed to help you choose a session that is appropriate for your current Pilates experience, ability and confidence.
We offer three levels of Class after your introduction:
Beginners
Intermediate
Advanced
The levels are there to help prevent you from booking into a class that may be:
- Too challenging for your current level of experience; or
- Not challenging enough for your current ability.
We want you to feel comfortable, confident and appropriately challenged during your Pilates practice.
-
We understand that plans can change. To allow us to offer spaces to other clients, classes must be cancelled or moved at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations & No-ShowsIf you cancel or move your class with less than 12 hours’ notice, or do not attend your booked class, the class will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and the class credit will be lost.
Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a class change, extension or deferral. Once paid. Fees are non-refundable.
We appreciate your consideration of other clients and the studio team, as giving sufficient notice allows us to offer your space to someone else.
-
Reschedule a Class
Depending on the type of class pack you have purchased, you may be able to reschedule your booked class within the same working week.
Where available, you can reschedule your booking to another class of the same or a similar level, subject to availability.
If you are not able to reschedule the class yourself using the booking app it may be that the class is full or the level is different to your usual class. In this instance please contact the studio at studiono1pilates@gmail.com and they will be happy to help you.
Deferring a Class
All class packs also include an option to defer a class to the end of your booked class pack.
This option is particularly useful if you are going away on holiday or are otherwise unable to attend your usual class and cannot move your booking to another class within the same working week.
The number of deferrals available will depend on the length and type of class pack you have purchased. The longer your class pack, the more deferrals you will have available.
A deferred class will be added to the end of your current class pack, extending the time available to use your remaining class.ption
